Wedding in the South of France

Wedding in the South of France

Reading through Jessica and Mark’s story, I had to double back over the part where they said they organised everything themselves – I just couldn’t believe it. For most couples, planning a simple, elegant wedding in France from the UK is enough work by itself and one certainly couldn’t be blamed for deciding to forgo the small details. For Jessica however, who I can only describe as Super Bride, and her incredibly talented family, no DIY project was too big a task. The beautiful floral bouquets, head crowns and centre pieces were arranged the day before the wedding and the cake was lovingly baked by her mother. Held at Jessica’s parents’ house in France, her wedding to Mark was beautifully rustic, full of life, colour and most important of all, love.

I love the vibrant and cheery colour palette, and those bales of hay?! Amazing! Hopefully those of you who are flirting with doing some destination wedding DIY have been left inspired after today’s real wedding. Huge congrats to Jessica and Mark on their big day and of course, it’s an honor for us to publish another beautiful Sages Comme des Images wedding so a special thank you to Kathryn too. Have a wonderful day my friends!
