Nothing makes me happier than seeing the follow up to a great engagement session. This English Country Manor wedding from Wedding Sparrow's UK sponsor Victoria Phipps Photography features Philippa and Matt's whose engagement ( see it here) saw Philippa in her purple dress as a focal point for the film images. Now we get to swoon over the elegant details in their traditionally elegant wedding day! From French macarons to a vintage car with a Maggie Sottero wedding dress in between this is an elegant affair...

From Victoria: "Philippa and Matt were married in the most beautiful church; St. Mary's in Whitewell. Its location - nestled in the corner of a quiet village surrounded by fields and woodland - and its plain white exterior makes it look like something from a fairytale. Inside it is completely charming and needs little decoration. There were green leaves wrapped around the tall candlesticks along the aisle and simple bunches of white gypsophila hanging at either side of the entrance to the altar. Philippa's two bridesmaids both wore lovely taupe dresses and carried simple white bouquets. Philippa chose a calm, neutral colour scheme and let the colours of the day dictate the look of her wedding. The colours she chose only complimented the wonderful surroundings at St. Mary's and later at their thoroughly beautiful reception venue, Iscoyd Park. For her something blue, the bride had the most fabulous wedding car! An Austin Healey HMC convertible. It was great watching Matt drive his gorgeous new wife away from the church in this stunning car; just the two of them."
