From A Charming Affair:
The goal of this shoot was to bring together two popular wedding styles: rustic barn and urban luxe. Our first mission: find the venue. Lehman Barn at The Varozza Ranch is the real deal as far as barn weddings go: rustic, amazing aged wood, and the back lit gaps in the barn walls are utterly ethereal.

We put the bride in an elegant ball gown, while the groom wore denim and a bow tie and a more casual overall look. The peach, pinks, creams, and golds found on the table were carried through the ceremony and outside the barn by using DIY fringy chair skirts. The chair skirts and alter draping both included gold sequin trim, and lace to bring the glamor and femininity from the table out to the ceremony.

The rustic farm table was adorned with a delicate square table linen to add some softness but was set at an angle so the table was still visible. The gold flatware, golden votives, and billowing florals added touches of glamor. The combination of different dinner and salad plates was reminiscent of mismatched vintage china, while still complementing the other details. A grapevine chandelier capped the table in some of that wild, uncontrolled, rustic-ness. The barn wood flower boxes were wrapped in lace to add a bit more femininity. This was all juxtaposed against dark, aged, perfectly imperfect barn walls.

Instead of standard vases, depression glass dessert dishes, and a vintage teapot were used to hold some of the floral arrangements on the bar and cocktail tables.A unique element on the table was the menu: printed on ribbon and wrapped around a vintage wooden spool.
