Happy Valentine's Day! I hope you are feeling loved and full of romance this morning. I thought this morning's wedding would be perfect for today; a romantic celebration with a touch of red.

Sophie and Chris married in the summer of last year, with a ceremony at Manchester Town Hall followed by a reception at The Deaf Institute. Sophie and Chris wanted their wedding to be fun and relaxed with no theme. They crafted much of their day alongside family and friends, from the décor, to the flowers and the cakes.

Sophie looked beautiful in a flirty Phase Eight dress which she wore with a birdcage veil, while Chris looked cool in his Zara suit and skinny red tie. Gorgeous indeed.

Thanks so much to the amazing Anna Hardy for sharing her photographs with us today.

Beautiful Bridesmaids... I had one beautiful bridesmaid, my twin sister Lauren. I found her dress in the sale at Harvey Nichols, it was by Alice and Olivia, I think I was more in love with it than Lauren. Our dresses complimented each other and she looked so pretty she could have been in a perfume advert.

The Flowers... I bought the flowers from a local flower wholesaler, before arriving there I had envisaged a kind of 'My Fair Lady' type flower market not the reality of it being on an industrial park but the flowers were beautiful and really well priced. I tried at my hand at flower arranging which was great fun and I was really pleased with the end result. I spent about £125 on loads of flowers for bouquets, table decorations and even bunch's to hand out to people. Thankfully my bouquet stayed together when i threw it - shame my throw was so pathetic!

The Honeymoon... We had a mini-moon, week long break in Lisbon which was stunning. We were really able to relax after a hectic week. We are off on our honeymoon in February 2014 when we head to Colombia, Argentina and Brazil.
