Can you come up with anything physical that is more elusive than a butterfly?

My favourite American poet H.D. Thoreau said "Happiness is like a butterfly; the more you chase it, the more it will elude you, but if you turn your attention to other things, it will come and sit softly on your shoulder". Butterflies are delicate and subtle and are often associated with happiness that is why I so frequently use them as a garnish.

I found a delightful wrapping butterfly project on Style Me Pretty. The idea was sent from Posh Paperie, the author - Jackie originally presents Butterfly Rice Tosser, which may be used during a wedding reception for guests to sprinkle rice at newly-weds. However, I am going to use it as an adorable gift-wrap for my Lady Butterfly aunt who is crazy about these colourful creatures.
