Mini Bump

With that glorious weather last weekend we made the most of the garden, we ate outside for the first time and had our first BBQ, the best thing ever. Although the BBQ wasn't a huge success and we had to bring the cooking indoors, but I'll ignore that part hehe!

Our garden plans are coming along nicely. With bump cooking away, I haven't been able to do much but G has taken down fencing, built the raised beds for the veggie patch and we planted a couple of climbers. I did a little pruning, but there sure is a LOT more pruning to be done. Oh and our parents kindly gave us their old garden furniture, so we have something to sit on YAY.

Next up we need to buy some seeds for the vegetable patch, and I need to decide on the cut flowers I'd like to grow and purchase those too.

On the pregnancy front, I gave in to my old maternity jeans this week, they are a little roomy, but when I sit down I feel so much more comfortable. I've not brought a single thing yet, which feels odd as with A I went mad for shopping. I'm not sure if it is the nerves of everything going smoothly, or the fact that we don't need much second time round. One thing I must get back into is crocheting my blanket, which I started well over a year ago now. I think I'd like it to now be a baby blanket. I just need a lot more squares completed hehe!

We went out for a cheeky pizza lunch this week, and have eaten too much cake (probably). It's nice to be feeling a little more normal now :-)
