Colorado bridal salon Emma and Grace stock some seriously gorgeous wedding dresses from some of the biggest bridal designers, like Sareh Nouri, San Patrick and Suzanne Harward.

But alongside all the gorgeous gowns, they've also got a wide selection of stunning, custom-made head pieces and beautiful veils.

With a bespoke service that can create the perfect piece to suit your wedding day style, you can choose from simple veils, ornate birdcages or unique headbands made just for you, and your dress.

And to help you choose between birdcages, veils and headbands, watch out for top tips from the fabulous Amy Caroline Photography, who captured this gorgeous collection...

COMPLIMENT YOUR DRESS

Firstly, if choosing a veil you want to make sure it matches the style of your dress. Some veils have the same detailing in them that the dress does and this is something to consider. Do you want to make a statement with your veil? If so, you may want a cathedral length one with lots of different layers and detailing. Of if you'd rather something simple, it's often best to buy your veil from the same bridal store that you purchased your dress to make sure they compliment one another.

SHOW YOUR PERSONALITY

Headpieces can really add flair and personality to your bridal style. You may have a simple dress, but want to just add a little bit of "you" to your day. A stylish headpiece can be the way to go. You could go for a more Great Gatsby style, or a floral headpiece, or even choose a veil that has an added layer and headband to it as well.

SWITCH IT UP

Some brides choose to wear either a simple veil or no headpiece for their ceremony and first part of their wedding day. This keeps things simple and more traditional. Also, you may not want that specific veil and headpiece in every single picture of your day. Instead of changing out of your wedding dress at the reception you can just add a fun headpiece and possibly a different necklace, or other jewelry. This allows you to add more fun and flair to wedding day, and not have to change out of your stunning dress.

BE YOURSELF

Last but not least make sure to be yourself. If you wouldn't wear a low headband across your forehead in everyday life, then you probably don't want to for your wedding day. Just because it's fashionable doesn't mean it's you. If you've always imagined yourself in a classic tulle veil then go with your gut. Don't be too sucked into the fashions that be, but use headpieces and veils to show of the distinct personality that is you. Have fun trying on different pieces, take the time to pick out the right one. You will look fabulous on your wedding day, don't over-think it.

So pretty!

I really love the floral headbands, they're so romantic and delicate, and a chic alternative to a flower crown, don't you think?
