Some time ago I wrote about Microwave Potato Chips and, as you know, I wasn't sure if it's good to use this device for cooking. These delicious snacks were the first step to trust this way of preparing food.

As corn is in season now (yum yum!), I want to show you very clever way of preparing them it...in a microwave. I found it on Cowgirl's Foodie Blog which is an app to Holm Family Cookbook Blog. This method considerably reduces preparation time and, what's very important for me, it doesn't cause any loss of nutritional value. This is fast and healthy trick that in addition will help you to avoid troubles with removing silk from corn.
