Sunday Ramble & Sneak Peek. 10/08/2014

I got all excited about the Autumn this week after the H&M catalogue thumped onto the hallway floor. I love Autumn fashion, it gives me that warm feeling inside, which for some reason Spring/Summer fashion just doesn't do for me.

I'm all for cosy knits, statement outerwear, sparkle and autumn colours. Plus it probably helps that I will be post pregnancy and hopefully able to wear 'normal' attire in the coming months. My favourite shops of recent times have to be Zara and H&M and I cannot wait to take baby out to the shops with Starbucks pit stops. EEkkk.

This week has bit quieter, but I have still been nesting and organising. I had a bit of a splurge after not buying anything for ages. I always feel guilty spending out and am definitely a saver, but push came to shove and I needed to get some finishing bits and pieces.

I was swayed by the brilliant reviews on John Lewis and have invested in the Sleephead Deluxe in the hopes of having a settled and happy little one. Plus we have booked a weekend away at the end of October so I am hoping it will make travelling a little easier.

I purchased baby's going home outfit from After said H&M catalogue popped through the door, I brought a couple of simple baby outfits from them with the free delivery they had on offer I couldn't resist, plus I spotted this JoJo Maman Bebe - I just could not resist the rainbows and went for the Farg and Form grey clouds changing mat from This Modern Life for a touch of fun in the nursery. I also spent what felt like forever scouring Etsy for cute artwork and prints. We have white walls in the nursery and needed some interest, so I brought and am excitedly waiting for 2 super cute prints from Lepetitbiscuitshop. fun storage basket which I thought would come in useful.

Sooo I am hoping now that we are pretty much there. We just need a trip to Ikea for some shelves, frames and storage boxes. Fingers crossed I don't spot anything else there we 'need' hehe. I just really hope I manage to finish my crochet blanket and pom pom garland in time :-)

This week we are off to the Harry Potter Tour. I am the biggest Harry Potter fan and have wanted to go forever, so I am super duper excited. Has anyone been before? Any tips or things to expect? Hopefully A enjoys it too, as it could be our last day out for a little while. Hopefully I can share some snaps from there too.

Right, time for me to love you and leave you. But I shall leave you with a beautiful sneak peek of tomorrow's amazing wedding celebration...
