Today we're sharing something a bit out of the ordinary - not a wedding, but a 50th birthday party! When we saw all the gorgeous ways Alison Events + Brown Paper Design infused the space at Pier 48 (in San Francisco) with a lush-garden-meets-industrial-warehouse vibe, we knew we had to share this celebration with you! Juxtaposition is so important when creating a beautiful, detailed setting and attempting to tell a story through your design. These ladies definitely knocked it out of the park... Edyta Szyszlo's gorgeous photos from the night prove that + then some!

Every corner of the party was thoughtfully designed with amazingly styled vignettes. We're totally feeling those wild greenery arrangements, aren't you?

And the tablescape stayed right on theme with verdant centerpieces + clean-lined, industrial decor.
