A fresh natural Christmas tree has always been my dream. But I lived, and I still live in a block of flats so even if I brought it home, the poor tree would fade away very quickly. I don't like artificial trees as their look and sometimes plastic smell can kill the Christmas spirit. That's why I tend to find creative alternatives such as Floating Christmas Tree or Books Christmas Tree.

I know they aren't conventional, and probably the older generation may not like them but they are just right up my street. Another interesting project is Cupcake Liner Christmas Tree found on 'Tatertots & Jello'. Jen welcomes the idea of using cupcake liners as if they were the best Christmas tree material ever, and I'm telling, they really are. Probably this tree won't substitute the big fresh one but it can decorate your kids' room.
