What a real wedding we have for you today. Like something from a dream, this mountainside ranch wedding from Brumley & Wells is perfection. Styled by the talented A Vintage Affair Events & Rentals, it has the perfect mix of sentimentality and style. We love the steel blues mixed with the blush pink and greys and the florals from European Flower Shop are full of garden roses, anemone, thistle and seasonal fruit/berries. Looking for rustic inspiration but want a more elegant touch? Look no further...

From Jessica of A Vintage Affair Events & Rentals: " From the moment I met Mandy I knew she would end up being much more than a client, but a wonderful friend. We would end up chatting for hours about every pretty detail. The rustic ranch setting with the groom that the fell in love mixed with the romantic elegant touches that the bride loves resulted in pure perfection. The unique and dreamy color palette of blush, blues, greys, and a touch of burgundy was perfect for their fall wedding. The tone of the wedding was set with gorgeous calligraphy invitations by Annie from The Wells Makery that included a wax seal, delicate ribbon, and a hand illustrated map."

"The ceremony was held outside on the ranch with a stunning mountain backdrop, framed by their large bridal party of friends and family. The bridesmaids looks gorgeous is their long dresses that were a mixture of colors (blues, greys, and ivories) and styles (some chiffon and some beaded). For the reception we wanted a long statement head table. The navy blue tablecloths, lush 30 foot floral garland with touches pomegranates looks amazing with the chiffon and chandelier backdrop. The head table also had special escort cards: lovely hand painted mini terra pots with little potted plants adorned with their names." "I loved working with Mandy because not only were design details important to her, but also sentimental elements were to. The bride carefully selected details that would represent generations of family and love - they selected bryces grandparents to sign their marriage certificate as their witnesses since they have been married for so many years and share such a beautiful love story. The bride even used stamps from her Grandfather's vintage collection for their invitations. She also wore a vintage blue ring that was my Grandmothers and each of my sisters wore on their wedding day. Even her gorgeous cathedral length veil was her "something borrowed" from her sister. The brides mom also had a huge impact in making the day feel special and personal. She hand sewed the blue cocktail napkins that were served at cocktail hour and the gorgeous navy ring bearer pillow that the bride's nephew carried down the aisle. She spent countless hours searching for the perfect honey jars that they filled with local Colorado honey and wrap with a silk ribbon and custom monogram tag as the perfect gift for each guest. I love that their special day was truly a family affair and filled with special touches that directly reflected their personality as a couple."

From Ali Fortunato of European Flower Shop: "This was a seamless collaboration every step of the way. Mandy had a very clear vision of how she wanted her day to look and feel. She and Jessica were so in sync that they could almost read each other's minds. Jessica executed the most beautifully curated wedding that spoke to the couple's personal style. I had a lot of creative freedom when it came to the floral design. Originally we were going to go with more muted tones of pinks, ivorys and whites and then as the wedding grew nearer we decided to punch up the color palette by adding some burgundy and pops of blue, which was a beautiful nod to fall. We also layered in three varieties of eucalyptus for dimension and added blushing bride protea and seasonal fruits and berries for texture and visual interest. I loved the soft open blooms nestled in among the harder edges of the fruits. One of my favorite details was the vintage velvet ribbon from the 60's which was used in the bouquets and bouts. The ribbon was purchased at a local Denver Millinery Supply institution from the owner who bought it originally."
