Chic Italian Wedding, with the Most Dreamy Vineyard Portraits Ever

Chic Italian Wedding, with the Most Dreamy Vineyard Portraits Ever

This morning we've got a real wedding to share, that's so filled with smiles and sunshine, it's guaranteed to brighten your day!

Alessandra and Andrea married in Parma, Italy, and their colourful, vintage-inspired wedding day was simply stunning.

After a 10 year engagement (they met at a concert when they were 19!) you can just tell by their gorgeous photographs by Sara and Chiara of Infraordinario Studio, that this pair are brimming with excitement to finally call themselves Mr & Mrs.

As an event planner and graphic designer herself, ( check out her gorgeous work) Alessandra used her attention to detail to create a day that was filled with bright colours, unique features (look out for the seeded table plan) and beautiful touches.

Her gorgeous dress (we're obsessed with that bow!) was from Rosa Clara, while Andrea was the most dashing groom in sharp Italian tailoring.

Our favourite shots of all though, have to be this beaming couple's sun-soaked vineyard portrait session. If you ever wondered what true love looks like, this is it...

Our Wedding in Three Words

Sunny, Colourful and Joyful.

Our Wedding Day

We wanted a vintage and romantic wedding, with all pastel colours. The bride wore a vintage dress by Rosa Clarà, the groom wore a suit by Sartoria Rossi. And we asked our guests to wear colourful and floral dresses and suspenders. For flowers, the bride carried a fabric bouquet, handmade by a family friend, and we had colourful seasonal flowers on the tables.

The Ceremony

We had a Catholic wedding ceremony with readings by friends and songs by a children's choir - Voci Bianche Corale Verdi directed by Beniamina Carretta. A a surprise, the bride's mum sang Ave Maria.

The Photography

We chose Infraordinario because we followed their blog and we love them so much.

The video was a wedding gift and it was a pleasure to meet Vitromakers.

The Decor & Details

We made our seating plan with pallets and flower seeds, our favoures were homemade jams.

For the ceremony decorations we chose vintage cages and lanterns.

As the reception decorations, we used coloured fabric bunting and coloured paper lanterns, our centrepieces were glass jars, fresh flowers and coloured paper windmills.

For music we danced to a mix of rock and reggae.

Our Special Memories

It was a wonderful sunny day, we smiled and we laughed and now, we have that sun in our hearts.

Aren't the pictures just blissful? What a fun, romantic wedding day. Are you as in love with Alessandra's Rosa Clara wedding dress as we are?

Thanks so much to the talented Sara and Chiara of Infraordinario Studio, as well as the gorgeous Alessandra and Andrea for sharing their beautiful Italian wedding with us.
