Bride's Perspective: 10 Ideas for a Las Vegas Bachelorette Party

Bride's Perspective: 10 Ideas for a Las Vegas Bachelorette Party

I recently had my bachelorette weekend in Vegas, and oh my goodness did we have an amazing time! My sister did a fabulous job of planning my bachelorette in Sin City, and you can hop over to my blog WTFab to see tons more photos from our jam-packed weekend. In case you're planning a bachelorette in Vegas, here are 10 things you can't leave out!

1. Themed Invitations

My sister sent out this super cute Vegas bachelorette invite to all the girls. It got everyone excited about the trip! She found it on Paperless Post, and they even record RSVPs for you.

2. Great Shows

Vegas is of course known for the many award-winning shows that the city is home to. You can't do a trip here without picking at least one show to see! One of our first stops of the trip was the Cirque du Soleil show, Zumanity. The acrobatics were incredible, and since it's the sexy Cirque show in Vegas, it set the tone for a fun-filled bachelorette weekend.

3. Swag for the Bride

For any bachelorette party, but especially a Vegas bachelorette party, props for the bride-to-be are pretty essential. My sister showed up at the airport with a whole back of tricks, including a bachelorette sash, tiara and veil.

4. Swag for the Bridesmaids

Can't forget about the bride's posse! I put together some gifts for my girlfriends to thank them for coming all the way out to Vegas to celebrate. I love these silky-smooth blue robes, and they'll also double as getting ready outfits for the girls on the big day.

How fun are these custom sunglasses and minis? The sunglasses have each girl's name and "Team Bride" on the sides and the mini liquor bottles say "Elise's Bachelorette Party, Raising Hell Before the Wedding Bells."

5. Fun Clubs

Another obvious must for Vegas, but there are so many options I feel like it can be a little overwhelming to pick one, so I thought I'd suggest two. XS is my absolute favorite club in Vegas, especially during the summer. They have awesome DJs, a huge outdoor pool and lounge area, and of course a great dance floor. We also went to Ghostbar our first night, which I'd never been to before but loved! It's a much smaller club on top of the Palms, and the rooftop dance floor and views of the strip made it such a fun setting.

6. A Limo Ride

Another thing that Vegas wouldn't be complete without! We found a company called LV Wedding Connection that specializes in photography and limo tours, where a professional photographer snaps photos of you and your group at iconic spots around Vegas, like the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign.

7. Pool Day

After a night of craziness in Vegas, a pool day was definitely in order. We relaxed in a cabana at SLS' Foxtail Poolclub, and it was just what the doctor ordered!

8. Awesome Views

Vegas has so many high-in-they-sky viewpoints to soak in the bright lights of the strip, but the newest one is the High Roller at the Linq. The 30-minute ride around this giant ferris wheel was so beautiful, especially since we hopped on right as the sun was about to start setting.

9. Flash Tattoos

These are just so fun for a pool day or girls trip, and a Vegas bachelorette is both of those! You can usually find them at boutiques that sell swimwear, but I just got some on Amazon.

10. Eats

We definitely got our grub on with some good, old-fashioned junk food during our pool day, and we also enjoyed a few nice meals as well. China Poblano in The Cosmopolitan was really yummy and pretty reasonably priced for Vegas.

That pretty much sums up our Vegas itinerary and the can't-miss things for a Vegas Bachelorette party! Leave a comment below or tweet me if you think I left out anything.
