We have fallen in love with the beautiful wedding of Sava and Greg who planned a weekend destination wedding in Provence at the enchanting Le Mas des Chênes. The couples relaxed and dreamy wedding style with French country accents, all captured by LM Visual, is a triumph of understated style with such pretty details.
Bride Sava takes us through their love story and big day: " Greg and I began our relationship as friends first. I worked with his best friend's wife and we ofter all hung out together. While we started out as friends, I was always drawn to his kind heart, witty sense of humor, and grounded sense of self.

It wasn't until Greg was in a life- threatening cycling accident, that our relationship changed. Realizing how quickly fragile life is and how close we all were to losing him, put things in a new perspective. Through his recovery, our relationship bloomed and we fell in love. ;)
Greg proposed to me over a long weekend in Carmel, California where I grew up. We were staying at our favorite place, The Cypress Inn and sitting outside in the courtyard. It was perfect. ;)
It was never a question where we would get married. Greg and I had traveled to France the year before we were engaged and fell in love with Provence. We loved the idea of a destination wedding where we could take our closest friends and celebrate together for an extended period of time. We both wanted a small, very intimate, and French-Inspired wedding. I was inspired by this idea of a Midsummer's Night Dream dinner party with french country rustic touches. ;)

We loved the idea of finding a house to rent for the week and have this also serve as the wedding venue. I wanted a place that had a beautiful outdoor setting. I stumbled across Le Mas des Chênes and knew it was perfect. A restored farmhouse with all of the rustic charming details and decor we were looking for and nestled right outside of Lacoste which was our favorite hilltop village in the region."
