"There was intention in every detail..." Captured by Britt Croft, this wedding was one overarching picture of Rachel and Matt's life together. As a little girl I dreamt of wedding details, but none of them really meant anything to me. It wasn't until I got older and had fallen in love that I started to reimagine my wedding day - this time as a reflection, very intentionally, of my relationship. THIS day is such an embodiment of the couple. Britt shared,

Seeing Rachel and Matt's wedding come to life after such a long engagement was everything I knew it would be. Rachel meticulously planned every detail of this wedding and it truly came from the core of she and Matt and who they are together. Their travel inspiration was spot on...especially considering they were engaged in London, which now holds such a hugely special place in their hearts. From the lush florals to the tea favors, globe guestbook, "Where in the world are you sitting?" escort card table, the map table numbers, precious mini cupcakes, the pocket watch Rachel gave her dad, and the heirloom hanky and rosary, there was intention to every detail.

Born abroad, but raised as a Maryland girl through and through, Rebekah knew that her love for weddings made her a perfect fit for the Bayside Bride team. After interning for the blog in Fall of 2011 she worked hard to finish her degrees in English & Media and Communications at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Graduated and ready to return, she wants nothing more than to pass her love of event planning & weddings onto brides-to-be.
