On a gorgeous, crisp fall day, a small group of talented Canadian-based creatives traveled out to the countryside of Ontario to witness Meagan + Andrew's adorable, totally tear-worthy vow exchange. Planned + designed by Shealyn Angus Weddings & Events, the day was simple but still romantic, with a focus on the beautiful colors of autumn. Meagan wore a sweetly understated dress from Mrs. Bridal and Andrew styled himself with wardrobe from TopMan. They both were then accented by stunning florals from Blush and Bloom, and Meagan wore a fragrant + beautiful crown of rosemary. Their day is the perfect source of inspiration for like-minded couples currently planning a small fall elopement of their own. Shealyn Angus says, There is something so admirable about wanting to share your most important moment in solitude with the one you love. To just answer to them, and to just focus on them. None of the hoopla, just you, mother nature, and love. Sharing unique moments such as a long walk into the fields to find the perfect tree to say vows beside, a lovely hand fascinating ceremony to celebrate Scottish heritage, and a long stroll down a dirt road to reminisce about childhood memories. It was so personal, so them. And we were all thrilled to be involved.
