Happy Monday and I am totally in love with today's elegant wedding at Chateau Bouffemont especially as it features so many wonderful FWS Vendors including beautiful photography by Rebecca Douglas. Lucy and George opted for a truly romantic and elegant wedding just north of Paris at Château Bouffémon and their suppliers list also included FWS vendors French Flowers Style and Une Belle Ceremonie.

Having worked with Rebecca Douglas on a styled shoot in Paris, I know what a joy she is to be around combined with her beautiful work, makes her a fabulous addition to any wedding day.

Rebecca takes us through Lucy & George's love story and wedding: "Lucy & George married at the incredible Château Bouffémont just north of Paris on Tuesday 1 ^st September 2015. With 30 of their loved ones travelling from their home of Australia to celebrate with them it really was a special day. Lucy had always dreamed of marrying in France, often distracted by her thoughts of the fairytale magic.

The chateau boasts five grand reception halls and then magical suites, which meant that their close family and friends were able to stay with them. It is a stunning 19 ^th Century building, set in sumptuous gated gardens and woodland and was completely renovated in 2012 and provided and enchanting backdrop for their wedding day.

Lucy was pampered by a wonderfully creative team, with CCC ciara Costenoble Coiffure creating her soft, elegant bridal hair and Charles Gillman Cosmetics sculpted Lucy's natural bridal make up. Lucy sourced her dress from Spain, wanting something light, flowing and elegant and wore her stunning nude Prada heels.

The wedding guests gathered on the beautiful lawns as Lucy and her bridal party made their way down from the chateau via the sweeping staircase. George was positively beaming when he saw her and their ceremony was led by Claire Bay - Une belle cérémonie. It was a tender moment as they read their vows and personal promises to each other and they walked up the aisle they were serenaded by Quatuor Adélys.

The reception room was full of beautiful florals which were created by Lisa at French Flower Style and their scent filled the room! Lucy and George really wanted to put their guests' comfort at the heart of the day. After their ceremony they had celebratory drinks and some of the speeches on the terrace, before cutting their cake and enjoying afternoon tea. Sarp and his team at the Chateau were just fabulous to work with and made everyone feel completely at home.

They had a pause where guests returned to their rooms or walked in the grounds and explored and the went for some of their photos with Rebecca Douglas Photography. They'd found Rebecca online, skyping her from Melbourne and booking her for their engagement shoot in Paris, as they fell in love with her warm personality and the tenderness of her images. Lucy said "Theres a softness and intimacy to her photos that I thought reflected us as a couple really well. Her communication throughout the whole process was wonderful and she made us feel really comfortable."

Their supper started in the early evening with a relaxed feel with speeches between each course before their evening reception started and they took to the floor for their first dance which they had choreographed and danced to wow their guests.

Once the night time had arrived, they stepped outside to create some magical evening portraits and guests helped to carry out all of the candles onto the terrace for some romantic images by candlelight.

After seeing their wedding collection, the couple said ' Thank you so very much for the incredible pictures and for going above and beyond on the day. Not just the photos but also helping coordinate throughout the day. You were an absolute God send and we can't thank you enough. You always knew how to make us feel at ease, especially the little escape into the forest. We really needed that. I feel like you really captured "us" and for that we will always be so grateful. "
