After falling in love with an image Lauren Fair Photography had taken of a couple in Iceland in front of a waterfall, Mallory + Will decided on two very important wedding details. First, they knew they had to have Lauren along to capture their day and second, they just had to find a waterfall backdrop, but somewhere a bit closer to home.

The decided on Hickory Run State Park at Hawk Falls in Pennsylvania and chose to forgo ceremony music + decor and instead allow the natural sounds of the waterfall and creek to accompany their vows. They hosted an intimate reception at at VRBO rental nearby and we just love the magical feel of their day!

Mallory wore a beautiful long sleeved wedding dress, the "Ella" wool-crepe gown by Roland Mouret + carried a gorgeous, woodsy bouquet by Allium Floral.

How great are Mallory's green Hunter Boots? While we need no excuse to rock cute rain boots, these bad boys definitely made sense given the circumstances!

M says, During our reception, we used a playlist of romantic jazz tracks by Claude Debussy, Barry Harris, Monty Alexander, and the Gene Harris Quartet.
