Gimlet-eyed Kristin Yamada is busy snapping street-style starlets during Fashion Week. Here are her photos to inspire you for next season (or this one) and some wardrobe picks to help you get the look.

Dress over pant layering continues to trend on the streets. While this can feel advanced at times, Laura Comolli ( Purses and I) shows that it can be easy and approachable with a long shirtdress and dark denim. Embellishment on tops and jackets has been another strong trend this season. The 3D blooms and embroidered décor on Laura's dress are whimsical and fun. A neckerchief and color coordinated clutch complete the look.

Harper's Bazaar Editor Kerry Pieri is another style gal rocking the long over long look. Her cropped denim just peeks out from under her textural top layer. Metallics are trending hot and Kerry's statement earrings in bold gold, organic shapes are standout. Matching platform wedges add extra shine. Chic black topper and bag complete the look.

With the massive influence of the 90's and Vetements this season, the sweatshirt has become a fully fashion item. Many style stars in Paris, like jewelry designer and blogger Sara Corus Mannei ( Sin by Mannei), have used it as a layering piece under bombers and other short jackets. Jeans have most often been the go-along bottoms of choice. The super popular cross strap sandal and lurex socks keep Sara's look dressed up and show ready.

Animal print has continued to trend steady throughout fashion month. Leopard has been top choice. Linda Tol's ( I Believe in Pink) black and rich brown separates perfectly showcase her statement jacket. Culottes are still a top theme and we've seen a strong showing of soft slipper and ballet shoes as well. Thick frame cat eyes and a buttery soft bucket bag complete the look.
