Aubrey, one of the founders of Details, Darling (a southern California based wedding coordination company) + her fiancé, Austin, were the winners of photographer, Brooke Borough 's, recent Instagram photography giveaway - lucky babes! They couldn't wait to schedule their Vasquez Rocks engagement session with Brooke, who's light + airy photography was exactly what they were hoping for.

Aubrey shares, We wanted to portray a sunny, desert vibe since we will be getting married in Scottsdale, Arizona this year. Our wedding is going to be a mix of modern and bohemian decor with Spanish architecture - so our goal was to incorporate all of these parts through our clothing choices, the location, hair styles, jewelry designed by Austin's aunt and of course, the flowers.

Stella Blooms crafted a wild desert-inspired bouquet that fit right in with the vibe + surroundings.

Because you know we adore a good proposal story, let's hear the tale of these two lovebirds, We met on their first day at Chapman University and turned 4 years of friendship into an incredible relationship. After 2 and a half years dating, Austin popped the big question on October 24th, 2015. THE BEST DAY EVER. Austin proposed to me on a park bench overlooking the ocean by Santa Monica Pier, where we had our first date in LA. The engagement was a huge surprise, especially when both of our families from Arizona and San Diego jumped out from behind a tree nearby. The night only got better when a party bus filled with 25 of our closest friends rolled up to take us to a private dinner at Malibu Cafe.
