We've seen hundreds of amazing wedding shoots from remarkable vendors of wedding industry. Every time they try to think outside the box and pull off some really amazing ideas for us to get inspired. Where do they search for inspiration? One of the main sources is art history, of course.

For today's shoot photographers from Ludovica Lanzafami & Valerio Elia took inspiration from Impressionist masterpieces by the most extraordinary and talented artists that were standing at the beginning of this direction of art - Degas, Renoir and, of course, Monet. The main idea was to recreate this "bohemian" feel of life in the capital of France in recent years of 19th century. Creative folks chose a historical Villa Malfatti in quiet Italian countryside for the editorial, and the venue couldn't be better for this theme. Impressionists used mostly pale or muted tones in their paintings, so in this shoot there are no flashy colors, only calm sage-green and grey, dusty blue and tea rose. The creative team blended both bohemian and romantic vintage themes for the décor and style. The groom is dressed as one of those iconic painters, while his muse rocks a two-piece outfit of a lace bodice and tulle skirt. Each detail is somehow related to Impressionism: for example, the table plan looks like a composition of small paintings and each table has a name tied with the painters. Even the flowers weren't picked randomly: each bloom and greenery symbolizes some meaning either its wishes for the family or protection. As for the cake, its design with watercolor strokes strongly reminds of Impressionists' painting technique. There are a whole lot more details to pay attention to, so make sure to travel down to the gallery below and take a closer look at the photos.
