I don't know how but sometimes you feel how people are happy, free and absolutely in love through the photos. Today this is the case. The wedding of Marcela and Lucas was a real pure fun where all the guests (and of course the bride and groom) could be themselves and feel comfortable. Wanna try something similar for your wedding day? Then you should continue to read the article for sure.
Marcela and Lucas got married in beautiful Hotel Relicário Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais in Brazil. This venue is really gorgeous and full of beautiful views and places for memorable wedding photo sessions. They invited family members and friends from all over the world to celebrate their big day.

This wedding is very unusual, you won't see a white bridal dress, wedding rings (their rings were drawn with a sharpie, very original and creative, right?), an officiant, etc.
But there is one funny and such a touching detail of the wedding: at the beginning of the ceremony the groom and bride were blindfolded by their friends. After that they walked holding parents hands. Once the walk through the streets was done, Lucas and Marcela took the blindfold off, looked at each other and kissed. And of course, officially exchanged their vows (no script ones).
For the wedding photo shoot they picked up smoke bombs and confetti. And they got incredible photos that were taken by photographer Thaminne of Aloha Fotografia.

Choosing décor elements and attire they have paid the attention to the bright color palette. If you look at the pics, you can notice that greenery was everywhere. For table centerpieces Marcela and Lucas chose many various succulents and put them into creative vases. They also decorated their place with hanging décor details such as glass vases with greenery and bulbs.
So how about the bridal gown and groom's attire? Marcela wore a cute pastel colorblock dress by Wasabi and completed it with protea bouquet which was created by florists from Que Coisa Mais Linda. Her hairstyle with a gentle hair accessory and nude makeup looked perfect. Lucas's suit from Osklen was very simple but stylish and of course with a bright accent - red color sneakers.

I'm sure you are in love with this wedding theme and this couple. So emotional, touching and free! I think that these three words can describe this feast. If you want to see all ideas, scroll down and find your inspiration. Enjoy!
