Brooklyn Meets Upstate New York Wedding Inspiration

Brooklyn Meets Upstate New York Wedding Inspiration

via

Ladies and gents, are you ready? We're thrilled to announce the opening of Hasbrouck House, a newly renovated 17th century Dutch Colonial mansion turned boutique hotel and event space located in Hudson Valley, New York. Incorporating elements of city life, while preserving the historic integrity of the property, the Hasbrouck House perfectly encapsulates the blending of Brooklyn style with upstate New York ease. Designed by Starling on Bond, a Brooklyn based event design company, they teamed up with other talented vendors in the Hudson Valley region.

Enter in real life couple, Hayley and Matias, who stepped into a 'not so average blush toned' wedding. The unexpected + moody palette was inspired by cloisonné vases and the night sky (you can see a lot of stars in upstate New York). Elise, the designer at Starling on Bond shares Truly personal touches include a handful of crystals, a Polaroid camera and moments shared in an Airstream. The inn was flooded with sunlight as the couple got ready together and listened to 70s love tunes... It was truly magical. We really wanted to bring an air of merriment and joy to the design by keeping things simplistic in form; letting your spirit shine and making the night only be about love is key to a truly wonderful wedding!

Ready to see all the magic captured by photographer Quyn Duong?

The vintage car is such an awesome touch! And the groom is looking dapper as ever in a suit by Steven Alan.

The macramé installation by Ohayo is SO PRETTY!

Hayley simply STUNS in that elegant gown from True North Bridal Studio. Not only did Starling on Bond design + plan the entire event, but they also crafted those incredible florals!!

Red stained lips + wavy and flowing locks, Angela Boswell knocked it out of the park with this hair + makeup combo!

This is such a cool shot - don't you think?

The bold bridal crown of raw agate by Wayfarer Bride complements the delicate, raw + organic feel that the shoot was inspired by.

Swirling calligraphy by Claire Mahler + hand dyed linens from Silk & Willow + furniture from Rustic Robin Rentals = Match made in heaven

Delicious bites were provided by Butterfield.

Complete with an Airstream?! This Brooklyn meets upstate New York wedding inspiration is TOO good! Thanks so much this dream team for sharing!
