With the holidays right around the corner, we turned to essie for some festive nail art inspo, and they created this feminine, floral mani with a hint of metal.
Continue reading for a complete step-by-step tutorial on how to create this look at home with the the essie winter 2016 collection!

Step 1: Hydrate Nails
Hydrate with apricot cuticle oil.
Step 2: Base Coat
Clean, then prep nails with your favorite essie base coat.
Step 3: Apply Metallic Gold Nail Polish
Start with two coats of getting groovy.
Step 4: Create Flower Petals with Red Nail Polish
Using a large dotting tool dipped in party on a platform, apply five dots to create the flower petals with one in the center to fill it in. Allow to dry.
Pro Tip: Try to include three-to-four flowers on each nail. place them around the nail so that some go off on the corner and sides to help create balance.
Step 5: Layer Flower Petals with Mahogany Nail Polish
Using a smaller dotting tool dipped in ready to boa, repeat around the center of each flower. allow to dry.
Step 6: Dot Center of Flower with Metallic Gold Nail Polish
Finish using small dotting tool dipped in getting groovy, to add one dot of in the center of each flower.
Step 7: Topcoat
Top with a coat of essie gel setter.
