Lovebirds | How did you two meet?

Our parents had a dinner party, and I (Nolene) was forced to go with them. The first time I saw Coenrad I thought he looked a lot like Steve Hofmeyr -needless to say I was not interested :). Coenrad on the other hand, as all 14 year olds, thought he would impress me by taking his parents car and driving us to a house party down the street. Little did I know it was only a plan to introduce me to his friends as his "new model girlfriend"
Six years later, our paths crossed again, by chance, where he asked me on a date.
-I said yes with a smile as Steve Hofmeyr turned into Jaime Lannister! :D

I said Yes | How did the proposal go down?

A private picnic in a game reserve with flowers and candles hanging everywhere. All my favourite food and sweets, while we watched the sun set and animals coming to drink water.

The Big Day | What was the most memorable moment of your wedding day?

The moment we stood under a small roof before entering the reception, laughing at how hard the hail was coming down. Car alarms went of, all our fairy lights snapped and the electricity decided to trip. It was one of the coolest moments, because just there and then our wedding became the most unique and breathtakingly beautiful wedding, we could ever wish for.

We had joy, we had fun, we had all the seasons in one run!

Forever & Always | Any advice for future brides?
Don't plan a wedding, plan a pretty 21st.
Look at your husband while you walk down the isle.
Some things will go wrong, don't worry, make the most of them!
