The ballroom was decorated in a rustic country style with faux vigil candles in mason jars hanging from the ceiling. I raised the 1Dx (16-35mm zoom @ f/4.0 ISO 400 1/160 sec )up on a monopod and triggered with a Pocket Wizard Multimax which also fired the Elinchrom 600RXs(rigged with Paul Buff shoot through umbrellas) at subject right and subject left.
