Birdbath or Cake-plate??This was originally posted as a "cake-stand" but to me it looks like it would make a great fun outdoor table top BIRDBATH! I would use the heave plastic flower pot and drain dish. You might not even need to paint it! I love to watch the birds splash around to cool off this time of year!
