wedding garter Winged DRAGONFLY Handpainted a PETERENE original design

I designed this simply elegant wedding garter around the wonderful Dragonfly that I found in my favorite shop in Manhattan. The embroidered organza DRAGON FLY is made with silver threads on white organza. I have handpainted it's gossamer wings with translucent dye to let the light through the wings. I have placed this mini piece of wearable art on a simple 2 toned satin band garter. Shown here in white and light blue. I can make this in other color combinations. You can ask me...
