Свадьба - Jay Cassario

Jay Cassario

What a week... Sandi and I went down to Mexico to shoot Alex and Nick’s Wedding at Secrets Maroma in Playa Del Carmen. On our way through customs my wallet was stolen out of my bag, luckily I had my passport in my hand. Had all my cash and credit cards taken. I had someone back home overnight me an inactivated check card, which cost $130. Instead of showing up the next day, it is showing up on Monday. Two days after we left. We spent 4 days down there, the first 3 of which were absolutely beautiful. The last day, the day of the wedding, it rained and stormed for most of the day. This would be a tough pill to swallow for most brides. Alex isn’t most brides. Alex is someone who doesn’t let the things out of her control get the best of her. She smiled, shrugged it off, and didn’t let it bother her one bit. The wedding was everything her and Nick had hoped for and the rain held off long enough to still have their ceremony on the beach. It also held off long enough for us to take a hike through the jungle near the resort to this abandon old mansion. No doubt one of the coolest spots I’ve shot at, and even though weather didn’t cooperate, photos like this made this trip an extremely special one. Made it home without any hiccups and now cooking scrambled eggs for Lukey. This was his first time being away from both Sandi and I, but he did awesome. @twistedoaksstudio #wedding #mexico #playadelcarmen #secretsmaromabeach #ruins #destinationwedding #mexicowedding #myexposureedit #exposure3 #alienskinexposure #theknot #theknotpro #huffpostido #bride #groom #livinladimaloca
