Lately, I’ve been so intrigued and experimenting with creating healthier habits to end my night right or a morning ritual to have a productive day. From journaling, to praying, exercising, stretching, warm bath, shutting off my phone, reading, lighting a candle, drink tea or coffee, chatting with my husband etc. What you do to start your day or how do you end your day to wind down? I’m really curious to hear your ideas, I might want to incorporate them
