"My sister and I planned a weekend together, and when it finally came, I drove out to Oakland and we spent the whole first night just hanging out and being together. When we went to go to bed, I couldn't sleep. I was laying there with this feeling in my stomach... I was thinking and praying (but doubting) that this would be the weekend that he proposed. As my sister and I were laying there I said, "This would have been the perfect weekend for him to propose.. I was off work, out here in Oakland and he could have been planning the whole thing!" My sister, knowing that was EXACTLY what was happening the next day, just laughed and told me "just be patient with him, and trust him, it'll come soon...." I finally fell asleep."
