Every summer, white-throated swifts nest in steep rocky cliffs, including on the orange-hued crest of Delicate Arch in Moab, Utah. These gorgeous birds refuse to land on the ground voluntarily and each year can, without fail, be seen pitching and dodging around their chosen resting place. (
