Are you addicted to the busy? I've had a pretty quiet week. The next issue of the mag has gone to print, #topsecretproject is almost wrapped, I'm in a bit of limbo before I kick some new things off. Sometimes I stare at my computer screen and feel guilty that I'm not doing more. Sometimes I feel bad that I don't have lots of projects on the go. But you have to remember that the quiet times are just as important as the busy ones. These are the times to recharge your batteries and get your brain ready to start something new... When you're ready! I always get my best new ideas when I allow myself time to just chill the fuck out. You can't come up with new creative ideas when you're operating at maximum capacity all the time. Not being busy for a few weeks doesn't make you, or your business, a failure, it allows you to prepare for what might be right around the corner. Photo by @devlinphotos
