This will be my 18th year in a row attending, which makes me feel old. I was 21 when I first attended, as a matter of fact I went for the first time in the last class at Brooks Institue of Photography. Many thanks to my incredible instructor Joyce Wilson who taught me to see the simple things in every scene. This year is going to feel different as I’m taking a break from speaking on the Platform and Masterclass stage. Sometimes you have to listen to your gut, my guts says to immerse myself with my fellow photo community and learn from my talented photographer peers. I look forward to connecting with you 1on1 throughout the trade show and classes. Can’t wait to seeing old friends and meeting new ones. .
