It's Monday morning and I'm back in the office, raring to go. I woke up at 6am ready for a brand new start. I'm doing this thing where I leave my phone outside of the bedroom at night so I don't automatically wake up and reach for it. I'm wondering if it will help me begin my days in a better, more zen-like state. It's also making me actually get up earlier because I'm not spending the first hour of every day scrolllllling mindlessly. Have you ever done this? Want to try it with me and see how we go?
