Yesterday we got a frost warning in Alexandria...of course the first night I was out of town in weeks! After some frantic late night texting, I was able to get my husband & brother-in-law to cover the dahlia plants out in my @foxhillgarden. - I was anxiously awaiting the news this morning but am very happy to share that all the plants made it through the night! Hopefully that means we will have blooms for a few more weeks & that is something worth celebrating. My garden is a lot of hard work, but it also brings me so much joy
