We're not doing gifts this year. Money is tight and honestly, we could do without the extra stress and pressure that gift buying can bring. We already have so much crap too and genuinely, we don't need anything. I throw things out all the time and although I find it super cathartic it's actually really gross the amount of STUFF we accumulate that then just sits in drawers. We'll still do little things for our siblings and closest friends, but all in all we're keeping this festive period pretty minimal on the old consumerism this year. This year has been pretty catastrophically shit in many ways and as cliche and cheesy as it sounds the biggest gift of all is that we've all got through it.
