Leica SL2 - Blog Post This is a shot of my bride @ggferrero in her beautiful wedding gown that she designed herself. Her wedding was the first wedding that I shot with the Leica SL2 and... well, let’s just say it didn’t disappoint. I’ve shot with every mirrorless camera currently on the market and the SL2 with its 47mp two-layer sensor that also gives my shaky ass hands 5-axis in-body stabilization with a water resistant body and an even more simplified design to match my Q2 and M10P, there’s not much more than the typical price complaints for critics to rip into. After putting it through its paces and shooting close to 15k images on it, it’s the all-around perfect camera for my shooting style. This was shot with the 50mm Summilux in AF-C with face recognition on. It quickly locked focus on the eye closest to me even with her being pretty backlit. No hesitation or having to hunt for focus.
