I think this was, unintentionally, the overriding message of Rock n Roll Bride Live this weekend. Be kind to yourself and others. Speak to yourself how you'd speak to your best friend. Give yourself permission to fail but pick yourself up and learn from it each time. Choose things that bring colour and joy into your life. Give people long hugs and when you find your tribe, you better hang on to them because they will forever be your biggest supports and cheerleaders
