You've been in the business for many years. What made you want to start your catering business and how have you continued to stay successful with the constant changes in the industry?We've been in business for almost 40 years - our owner, John Bagge, started the company as a health food restaurant in the 70′s hoping to bring a little bit of his Minnesota farm background to Seattle. Pretty soon people got very excited about the place and it was always busy! The restaurant started catering after a couple of years and we have been doing strictly catering since 1995. Trying to keep our focus on fresh food and fresh ideas, it has helped our company thrive each year along with employing great staff to keep our clients happy and coming back for more.
What sets you apart from other caterers in the Seattle area?Besides our event experience from being one of the oldest Seattle catering companies, our commitment to quality food and service is a big part of our success as a catering company. We also possess a strong desire to make each couple's wedding perfect. We strive to make the planning process as easy as it can be and try our best to incorporate the couple's style and theme into our set up to really make an impression.
