Do you know what I've learnt today? I am so glad that I work in a small company, where we laugh, celebrate personal and professional milestones, we actually care about each other and have a clear sense of what we are doing collectively and individually with a bright light shining at the end of the goal tunnel. I think up until today I took this for granted, thought everyone had that no matter how big or small..... but no it appears not.
