Antique 18k Yellow Gold Fede Gimmel Ring with Diamond Heart

Incredible and rare antique 18k yellow gold fede/gimmel ring. This antique fede/gimmel ring is comprised of 3 bands; two with hands that clasp over a heart that has tiny diamonds encrusted on it. These types of rings date back to Medieval times. I believe this ring dates to the 1910-1920s. This ring is special because each hand is slightly different; one has a shirt cuff to signify a man's hand and the other has a ruffle (in my opinion) to signify a woman.
