1. The rental fee of course is the first priority. If the venue is over your budget the other questions do not matter.
2. Is food included and at what price? If not are there vendors that they have a contract with or do you have to provide your own?
3. Is there a liquor license? What is the cost of wedding beverages? Is there a limited, full or non-alcoholic bar?
4. Is there a space to hold the ceremony?
5. Will staff be provided and if so what is that fee?
6. What about overtime, security and parking? Will there be valets or do you have to pay for the parking? (all of these will incur a fee)
