Liz from the Hoosier Homemade website shows how to turn simple cupcakes into mystical luminescent sweets. She made a magic mixture thanks to which this dessert has gained Halloween look. As she wrote she is crazy about cupcakes, and she wanted to surprise her kids. I think she did it well. These cupcakes are, according to her recipe, easy to make and taste great enough even for such cupcake master like her.
