Proposals don't get much sweeter than Alexis and Shaun's. One night when Alexis was teaching her ballet class one of her 10-year-old students walked in with a beautiful bouquet of roses for her. After this Shaun strolled in and nervously popped the question. After Alexis said "yes" over 20 of her students, friends and former students gathered around to congratulate the couple.
For their big day the couple opted for a traditional church ceremony followed by a reception at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, which was decorated in gorgeous fall jewel tones. "The hall looked stunning and our guests are still talking about the food," says Alexis. "We danced and socialized the night away with memories to last a lifetime."
