Wow. How beautiful is the portrait above of today's newly-weds? And just you wait until you see the rest...

Hannah and Chris married on the 29 th May 2015 , hosting their wedding reception at The Mill House in Berkshire. With a vision of vintage afternoon tea with lace, pearls and gold shimmer, they sure did go all out.

Peachy roses looked beautiful with vintage crockery and pretty fairy lights. Then there was the super stylish wedding party. The bridesmaids wore sweet petticoat prom dresses and the boys donned braces and bow ties. Hannah looked elegant in lace with her hair in a timeless and chic up do. Swoon.

Thanks so very much to Claire Macintyre for providing these dreamy images today.

THE PROPOSAL | Christmas 2012

THE VISION | Vintage, afternoon tea, lace, pearls and gold shimmer.

THE PLANNING PROCESS | We planned our wedding for around two years, it was very hard to plan with already having two children but we got there in the end. We had so much help from my mum, she was an excellent wedding planner and I wouldn't have been able to do it without her.

THE VENUE | The ceremony was held at St Marys Church in Shinfield and our wedding breakfast and evening reception was The Mill House, Swallowfield.

THE DRESS & ACCESSORIES | My dress was brought from Bride To Be in Reading town centre. It's too beautiful for me to try and explain what it looks like, in the picture you'll be able to see. My shoes were from Next, I wasn't looking for anything expensive, just sparkly and comfortable! My friend lent me her veil as my something borrowed and my hair comb was from Debenhams. My make up was done my friend Lauren and my hair was done by Katie.

FINDING THE DRESS | Bride To Be was the only dress shop I went too, and my dress was the third dress I tried on. I knew as soon as I put it on it was the one, I loved it even before all the alterations.

GROOM'S ATTIRE | The groom's, fathers of the bride and groom and the groomsmen's suits were all from Slaters in Reading, the suits were navy blue. They all wore bow ties to tie in with our vintage theme, they were from Mrsbowtie.com and they were gold.

THE READINGS & MUSIC | Our readings were done by family members and the music in the church was a choir and organist.

BEAUTIFUL BRIDESMAIDS | The bridesmaid wore a lace 50s style vintage dress which I got online from very.com and I brought petticoat to wear underneath which showed at the bottom of the dress.

THE FLOWERS | The flowers were Gypsophila and peach roses.

THE CAKE | The cake was three tiers, one tier was lemon and white chocolate and the other was toffee and caramel. It was iced in ivory icing, with a subtle gold shimmer. It had lace round the bottom of each tier and a beautiful display of sugar roses on top. A lady called Lucy hand from Handmade Cakes made my cake.

YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER | Our photographer was Claire Mactinyre and she specialises in vintage weddings. As soon as I saw her website and photos I knew she was the perfect photographer to capture our day. She did a fantastic job and I have had so many compliments on how wonderful my photos were.

THE DETAILS & DÉCOR | Vintage whimsical tea party theme.

THE HONEYMOON | We had a week in Egypt, Sharm el Shiek! Just the two of us!

MEMORABLE MOMENTS | The whole day was memorable for me. I could pick any best parts. The whole day was just all I wanted and more.

ADVICE FOR OTHER COUPLES | Shop around and let things fall into place and if anyone offers to give you a hand, let them help!
