Yesterday I wrote about amazing 3D Paper Snowflake and Rustic Snowflake and today I've got another decoration idea I'm going to complete before Christmas. This technique is quite popular among crafters. You can use it to make a bowl or a lampshade. It's all depends on your needs and balloon size, of course ;)

Jelly the owner of 'The View Along The Way' adapted Martha Stewart's method of making snowballs. It's a great craft to do with kids. I think that all Christmas crafts are perfect for them as I remember, making winter decorations was my favorite part of Holiday's preparations. What's important this project is very inexpensive and quick. Moreover, these ornaments can be used for many years!
