From A Good Affair:
As quintessential high-school sweethearts, Lauren & Karl's long-awaited engagement was welcomed with excitement and joy by friends and family who had watched their love grow over the years. When it came time to tie the knot on a glorious August day in Silverado, California Lauren and Karl were so excited to have so many family and friends present to witness their union under the 100 year old oak trees and teatro at Rancho Las Lomas

Lauren's vision for her big day was inspired by a rustic yet elegant aesthetic. Rough burlap was paired with soft lace on custom table runners (created by Lauren's mother Cindy) and the wedding featured a neutral color scheme with pops of green found in a variety of decorative succulents and fresh florals. The beautiful landscape of Rancho Las Lomas highlighted the romantic palette perfectly and guests were in love with it's rustic charm. Natalie Good, Owner of A Good Affair Wedding & Event Production brought together a team of professionals that helped execute a flawless wedding. Stems Floral Design did a beautiful job creating centerpieces that were soft and romantic. Lauren's wedding dress tied in perfectly with all lace and a cut out back detail that was truly stunning. When guests entered the reception tables were perfectly set with lace menu cards and a fresh rosemary sprig. It was a perfect night for al fresco dining. Keeping with the romantic rustic feel, 24 Carrots Catering provided delicious classic favorites for guests to feast on. A beautiful dessert display of all of Lauren and Karl's favorite sweets was provided by Simply Sweet Cakery along with a stunning rough iced cake accented with juliet garden roses.
